Efficient Inquiry and Tender Management:
- Supervise and track all incoming inquiries and tenders efficiently.
- Provide optimal responses to customers.
Supportive Documents and Samples Preparation:
- Prepare supportive documents, samples, and submittals.
- Deliver them to customers to enhance alfanar's chances.
Material Preparation and Coordination:
- Collaborate with the department’s coordinator/Demand Planning to prepare required materials.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to customers.
Competitor Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze competitors’ activities.
- Report findings to sales management.
Market Presence and Technical Support:
- Coordinate technical meetings and seminars.
- Provide technical support to increase alfanar's awareness and presence in the market.
- Collaborate with related parties for successful execution.
Reporting and Customer Management:
- Generate effective and timely reports for management.
- Manage customers in a professional manner.
- Project Identification and Follow-up:
- Identify and track all related projects.
- Conduct close follow-ups to maximize project realization.
Customer Satisfaction and Payment Management:
- Follow-up on customer satisfaction levels (number of highly satisfied customers).
- Collect payments promptly to prevent overdue payments (Maintain zero over-dues).
Data Management and Forecasting:
- Update and maintain the database for all projects through C4C.
- Avoid inaccurate forecasts that may lead to financial costs associated with projected stock.
