Under the direction of the Sr. VP of Human Resources, the HR Business Partner – Labor & Employee Relations Specialist acts as the primary liaison between Samaritan management and employees (or union representatives), focusing on negotiating collective bargain agreements (CBAs), interpreting contracts, handling grievances and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
