Social Worker- Hospice

Samaritan is seeking a compassionate, resourceful, and collaborative NJ-licensed LSW or LCSW to join our hospice team. In this vital full time role, you’ll provide emotional and psychosocial support to patients and families, contribute to individualized care plans, and offer bereavement counseling for up to 13 months after a patient’s passing.
