
Corporate Quality Systems & Performance Manager
Job Description
The Corporate Quality Performance Manager is a key member of the Corporate Quality & Food Safety team responsible for governing and continuously improving enterprise-wide quality systems and performance. This role owns the corporate document control system, leads corporate-level quality programs, and translates quality data into actionable insights through KPI trending and scorecarding. The position manages the corporate internal audit program across manufacturing sites, using audit outcomes, performance trends, and risk-based analysis to prioritize improvement initiatives and guide capital and resource investment decisions. The role partners with site and corporate leaders to maintain standards, strengthen compliance, and drive sustainable quality improvements.
