The Manager, Employee Relations & Governance is responsible for ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant employee relations practices across the organization. This role serves as the enterprise subject‑matter expert for employee relations execution, investigation standards, and policy application, supporting plant and corporate HR teams in handling complex and high‑risk workplace issues and proactively identifying risk.
