A/P Inventory Accounting Specialist

Reports To: Senior Manager – Equipment Accounting
Job Summary: Maintains equipment inventory files and performs other accounting functions.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains equipment inventory files
• Assists with reconciling and processing freight invoices to Purchase Order
• Processes AP and Notes Payable Equipment invoices and credits from Equipment
Manufacturers
• Process Quarterly rental payments to Komatsu
• Processes warranty claim payments
• Reconciles Floor Plan Accounts Daily and Monthly
• Reconciles and processes Komatsu monthly open statement invoices
• Other accounting duties as assigned
Education/Experience/Skill:
- High School diploma
• 3+ years Accounting and Accounts Payable experience
• Proficient in Microsoft programs to include Excel with knowledge in creating
worksheets with vlookup and pivot tables
• Excellent organizational skills
• Familiar with ERP Systems
• Detail oriented
• Available to work late on 20th and end of month closing as needed
