Job Summary:
Administer attachment inventory controls for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate attachment inventory
- For both consigned and purchased stock:
- Process replenishment orders to attachment vendors
- Process vendor invoices
- Develop and maintain attachment stock plans with vendors
- Provide analysis for quarterly stock-level review
- Work with vendors to develop standardized attachment nomenclature
- Coordinate periodic inventories of attachment stock
- Provide direction to corporate warehouse manager for shipping attachments
- Coordinate reporting between Linder and vendors
- For non-stock attachments:
- Provide quotes to regional equipment managers, if needed
- Process and submit purchase orders
- Provide delivery details to regional equipment managers
- Process vendor invoices
- Work within department to develop and implement strategies for stocking efficiency
- Provide attachment reports, as needed
- Assist with RFID installations, registrations and exception reports
- Other tasks as assigned by manager
Education/Experience/Skills:
- Associate Degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel and other software programs
- Excellent organizational skills
