Schedule: In-office, Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
About the Role
We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team in a part-time, in-office role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in creating a welcoming environment, and thrives in a professional office setting.
As a Client Service Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while supporting day-to-day office operations and helping deliver an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors and provide a positive, professional first impression
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and office inquiries
- Manage front-desk operations, including mail handling and visitor coordination
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
- Support meeting coordination, scheduling, and general office logistics
- Assist advisors and internal teams with client service and administrative tasks
- Ensure all interactions are handled with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Professional, reliable, and service-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
