Location: Glidden, IA

Reports To: Client Service Manager
Job Overview
The Client Service Associate serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, professional office environment. This position supports daily office operations while assisting clients, Advisors, and internal teams with administrative and service needs in the Glidden, Iowa office.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and stakeholders and provide a positive first impression
- Manage front desk operations including phone calls, mail, and visitor coordination
- Answer and route incoming inquiries to appropriate team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Support office logistics, meeting coordination, and administrative needs
- Assist Advisors and internal teams with general office and client service support
- Track and complete assigned tasks in a timely and organized manner
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Professional, reliable, and service-oriented demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
