Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and/or maintain client communication in handling inquiries, confirming orders, and resolving basic service issues Obtain complete and comprehensive information regarding a new customer's potential before a sales call Assessing customers’ requirements and needs and communicating through Sales Visiting Reports and clients profiles (including target information) to Sales BD Manager and HOD Provide regular report for sales visit and forecast activities (including prospect qualification and local market intelligence) to GM of Sales BD Input and maintain inquiry logbook for all qualified sales opportunities Creating business development analysis, presentations, sales quotations, and proposals Creating Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for newly acquired customers, and actively review SOP to reflect actual operations Maintain and develop existing businesses and customer relationships Ensure timely and complete responses to customers Ensure timely and accurate completion of Payment from customers for all services rendered and credit facility arrangement and make sure to establish a realistic assessment of required credit amount versus CGP (Customer gross profit) Establish and build effective, productive and good communications with operations departments and related departments of special requirements, instructions, SOP and rates sold, including PNL creation Maintain deugro sales related system eg. CW1, PTL etc ensure data quality timeliness in line with required standards Manage, support and provide leadership and guidance to teammates in order to achieve and maintain customers’ satisfaction Attend trade shows, seminars or functions whenever requested by Sales and Business Development Manager or HOD
