Job Description
Position Overview: The Groundskeeper will perform general grounds maintenance duties, including yard waste cleanup and removal, blowing of pathways, sidewalks, parking lots, pool area, routine plant maintenance, minor property repairs, and inspecting the property.
The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of the condominium property’s exterior common areas. Duties include landscaping, trash removal, pressure cleaning, irrigation monitoring, minor repairs, and ensuring walkways, parking areas, and amenities are clean, safe, and presentable at all times. The position also assists with preventative maintenance and responds to management requests as needed. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions are required.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- General upkeep of all common property and facilities, including pool area.
- Picking up debris around the property and removal of trash.
- Keep property, landscaping, and management office clean by inspecting the property daily.
- Perform preventative tasks as necessary.
- Replace lightbulbs in common areas.
- Perform light painting duties as necessary.
- Provide progress updates on work orders and daily tasks and coordinate with on-site team.
- Other duties as assigned by Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager.
- Pick up trash and empty receptacles throughout the property.
- Pressure clean walkways, sidewalks, and common areas as needed.
- Ensure pool, parking, and recreational areas remain clean and orderly.
- Respond promptly to management work orders and requests.
- Identify and report safety hazards or property damage.
- Assist during storms, emergencies, and property preparation/cleanup.
- Follow all safety procedures and association policies.
Qualifications:
- H.S Diploma is required
- Highly reliable and punctual
- Strong work ethic
- Detail-oriented
- Strong time management
- Groundskeeping experience (preferably in a condo, HOA, or residential setting)
- Bilingual in Spanish

Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (week 1)
