Sutphen is seeking an MRB Coordinator to join our growing team in Urbana, Ohio.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced buyer to join our team. In this role, the MRB Coordinator develops and maintains supplier quality systems, conducts audits, analyzes performance metrics, maintains vendor scorecards, and supports new product launches to ensure supplier readiness and compliance.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in supplier quality, quality engineering, manufacturing, or related role
Strong understanding of quality tools and methodologies
Experience with supplier audits and corrective action management
Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations, and quality reporting tools
Education, Skills, Abilities
Critical skills in Microsoft Office suite, professional communication, organization, presentation, efficiency, resourcefulness, flexibility, customer service, decision-making, attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
High school degree or proven track record with similar skills.
3+ years of experience in supplier quality, quality engineering, manufacturing, or related role
