Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians for projects located in the Akron, OH area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $28-32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and duct-free system
Handle emergency service calls
Perform planned maintenance
Duct cleaning
Indoor air quality work
Diagnose system issues
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience
- EPA Section 608 certification universal preferred
- Refrigerant recovery, recharge proficiency, and brazing skills
- Pass a background check
- Boiler or hydronic heating experience
