In this role, you will help ensure that advanced CT imaging systems can be reliably installed, maintained, serviced, and supported throughout their lifecycle. Your work will directly impact the experience of field engineers, service teams, and healthcare providers who depend on these systems to deliver high-quality patient care.As part of the Premium CT product team, you’ll collaborate across engineering, service operations, quality, training, and product teams to help bring new product features and service capabilities to life. You’ll have visibility into the full product lifecycle—from early product definition through validation, deployment, and ongoing installed-base support.

Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Define and improve procedures for field modifications, calibrations, and replacement of serviceable components
- Own product and subsystem requirements related to serviceability, diagnostics, and support readiness
- Help establish FRU (Field Replaceable Unit) strategies and partner with organizations such as GPRS and Service Operations
- Support quality systems and ensure alignment with GE quality standards and Six Sigma practices
- Contribute to project planning activities, including work breakdown structures, staffing plans, and execution tracking when needed
- Apply technical expertise and cross-functional collaboration to solve complex engineering and service-related challenges
- Work independently while influencing technical decisions and helping drive project execution
- Partner with online support centers, field engineers, customers, and program leadership to ensure project deliverables align with broader business and customer goals
- Support knowledge sharing, team collaboration, and continuous learning across the organization
- Build deep expertise in assigned CT systems or subsystems and contribute to improving product performance and serviceability
- Help validate service processes, documentation, training readiness, and parts availability to support successful product launches and ongoing support
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
- 1–3 years of relevant engineering experience
- Experience with requirements management and quality management systems
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance processes and technical documentation development
- Experience contributing to project or program-level technical decision-making
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups
- Strong communication, influencing, and organizational skills within a matrixed environment
- Ability to work on-site in Waukesha, WI

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Demonstrated collaboration and leadership skills in team-based environments
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience identifying root causes and implementing solutions
- Experience supporting service engineering, technical support, healthcare systems, or related product environments
