About the Role
In this role, you’ll work closely with supportive Lead Personnel and Supervisors who are committed to helping you succeed. Every day brings something a little different — from operating forklifts to ensuring products are handled with care — and your contributions will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do

Operate warehouse equipment safely and confidently, including single and doublewide forklifts and yard tractors

Load and unload semi‑trailers with accuracy and care

Use bar‑code scanning equipment to track materials efficiently

Monitor product and raw material quality, reporting any issues you spot

Complete documentation with attention to detail

Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on equipment

Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

Support production teams when needed

Follow all safety, sanitation, and GMP guidelines — your safety matters to us

What You’ll Bring

A commitment to working safely and maintaining high quality standards

Experience operating forklifts or similar warehouse equipment (or a willingness to learn)

The ability to lift up to 40 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
-
Comfort with physical activity: climbing stairs, bending, twisting, reaching, and standing or walking for long periods

Reliability, attention to detail, and pride in doing things the right way
-
A team‑focused attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

Flexibility to work overtime when required (up to 64 hours/week)

A dedication to following food safety policies and procedures
