RN Staff Development Coordinator / Nurse Educator

Lead. Mentor. Develop. Make an Impact.

Raleigh Rehabilitaion Center is seeking an experienced and motivated RN Staff Development Coordinator / Nurse Educator to lead training, orientation, and clinical education for our nursing staff.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • Day Shift
  • On-call rotation as needed

Salary

From $85,000 per year based on experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead orientation and onboarding for new nursing staff
  • Coordinate and conduct clinical education and in-service training
  • Provide hands-on skills training and competency evaluations
  • Mentor and support new nurses and nursing assistants
  • Maintain training records and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Support quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives
  • Partner with nursing leadership to strengthen team performance and retention

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care required
  • Previous experience as a Staff Development Coordinator, Nurse Educator, or nursing leadership role preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Passion for staff development and clinical excellence
