  • Ensure all receipts are entered accurately into the warehouse management system and match physical inventory.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including overages, shortages, damaged goods, and location errors.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures for receiving, putaway, inventory control, and replenishment.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy, receiving productivity, dock-to-stock time, and discrepancy rates.
  • Lead, coach, and develop receiving and inventory team members to meet performance, quality, and safety expectations.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Warehouse Operations to ensure inventory integrity and timely issue resolution.
  • Manage lot-controlled and expiration-dated inventory using FIFO and FEFO methodologies.
  • Coordinate with Quality to ensure all inbound products meet regulatory and company requirements.
  • Oversee inventory adjustments and ensure all transactions are properly documented and approved.
  • Support physical inventories and year-end audits.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and strengthen process controls.
  • Ensure all receiving and inventory activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of receiving and inventory areas to support safe and efficient operations.
