Job Purpose

Ensure efficient, accurate stocking, rotation, and organizing of merchandise in the store by unloading freight deliveries, replenishing, and maintaining a clean and orderly backroom and sales floor.
Key Responsibilities

Handle and process freight in a safe, efficient, and accurate manner.

Accurately receive incoming products, including dating, organizing, and checking for accuracy and damage.

Stage products for efficient delivery to the sales floor.
-
Maintain organized backstock and a clean work environment to ensure safety and compliance.

Assist customers and provide excellent customer service.
-
Stand for long periods and complete tasks that require repetitive lifting and bending.

Use basic math skills for inventory management.

Perform light janitorial tasks daily.

Execute other duties throughout the store as assigned or needed.

Preferred Experience/Skills & Abilities
-
Experience in handling and processing freight in a retail or warehouse environment.

Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.

Familiarity with inventory management and stock rotation processes.

Ability to assist customers and provide excellent customer service.

Capability to stand for long periods and perform tasks that require repetitive lifting and bending.

Proficiency in basic math skills for effective inventory management.

Competence in performing light janitorial tasks daily.

Ability to maintain an organized backstock and a clean work environment to ensure safety and compliance.

Flexibility to perform other duties throughout the store as assigned or needed.

Ability to have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and accept feedback.

Ability to be reliable, punctual, self-motivated and have a sincere desire to help customers gain optimal health of body and mind through exceptional service.
