Server

Summary: As a Private Club Server, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding dining experience to our club members and their guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greeting members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

• Serving food and beverages promptly and courteously.

• Anticipating and fulfilling members' needs throughout their dining experience.

• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including tables, dining areas, and service stations.

• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.

• Upholding the club's standards of quality, presentation, and service at all times.

• Assisting with special events and functions as needed.

Education, Experience and/or Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server in a fine dining establishment or private club preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional service.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine pairings, is desirable.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
