Job Description
The Partner Advocate role is responsible for bridging the gap between operations and sales, maintaining relationships with external partners, as well as the overall oversight of the life of the loan. The partner advocate fields requests and questions from external partners and ensures they get the answers required returned from the various departments in TPO.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties may be assigned.
- Guide and maintain daily pipeline to status and ensure movement of files.
- Maintain timely and accurate information in regard to TPO web presence.
- Direct Assistance (phone/video) with questions/ system issues
- Meet crucial deadlines requested.
- Field and develop relationships with external partners to ensure customer experience.
- Review each milestone and daily service levels proceeding forward with all activity.
- Assist and train with learning opportunity on loan-level issues to familiarize system navigation.
- Evaluate customer needs to satisfy and tailor external partner’s requests properly.
- Regularly meet with Account executive to strategize and develop a game plan of weekly goals.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of work experience in a professional environment
SKILLS
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines routinely.
- Experience dealing directly with consumers and/or business partners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
