Key Responsibilities
- SAP & Application Support • Ensure that ERP (SAP), POS, Retail Applications operate efficiently. • Manage configurations, upgrades, and troubleshooting in coordination with users and regional/group IT. • Log and track all incidents via the ticketing system, performing root cause analysis for timely resolution.
- System Administration & Data Integrity • Perform system configuration and user administration tasks. • Develop and maintain data interfaces, exports/imports, and ensure high-performance data exchange between SAP and local systems. • Proactively monitor system alerts and perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Process Optimization & Projects • Analyze retail business processes and produce data flow diagrams to recommend usability improvements. • Support application-related projects, providing technical input for regional rollouts and local deployments. • Ensure all system changes align with corporate standards, governance, and
