More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you as an IT Location Lead in Monterrey, Mexico with Signify, the world leader in lighting.

This position oversees digital projects from conception to completion. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Analyzes digital trends to drive innovation and improvement.

Leads the planning and execution of digital projects to achieve strategic objectives.
Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient workflow.
Monitors project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
Identifies and mitigates risks that could impact project outcomes.
Analyzes digital trends and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Manages stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensures the implementation of best practices in digital project management.
Responsible for developing and implementing policies, processes and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
Manage and oversee all stakeholders, ensuring they are adequately trained and supported.
Appoint or lead project teams and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget and scope.
Manage the operating budget.
Define KPIs and establish targets and benchmarks and monitor their progress.
Develop and implement a governance and a reporting structure for the team.
Establish and drive a culture for innovation and continuous improvement.

More about you


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field with a focus on digital technologies and project management.
• Hands-On experience leading digital projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and implementing digital strategies in a technology-driven environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is essential to demonstrate proficiency in project management methodologies and governance.

• Fluent Spanish and English
