3. Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and efficiency in handling and resolving customers’ complaints and issues
4. Work as a team at the BDC, with the Supervisor and Acting Supervisor’s guidance to increase sales and achieve revenue target
5. Actively involved in the cross-product sales activities of the Bank’s products and services that have been approved for cross selling at the BDC.
6. Back Office and Administration (where applicable / required):
• Update daily trading rates
• Ensuring reconciliation and submission carried out by the stipulated timeline
• Perform housekeeping and ensure proper management and control of documents. Avoid exposure and exercise caution on all confidential information.
