Job Description

  • Clean all surfaces in common areas (e.g. Information Centers, Fitness Center, kitchens, restrooms) to include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and glass cleaning;
  • Empty garbage cans from all amenity spaces including restrooms and dog waste stations;
  • Clean and maintain light fixtures and replacement bulbs.
  • Patrol grounds for trash and debris along roads, maintaining a “Clean as You Go” mindset
  • Greet residents when in contact with a warm smile, and genuine greeting
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and tidy

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
•At least five years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
•General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service including plumbing, electrical, generalmaintenance.
•Previous renovation/rehab or minor construction experience.
•Ability to read, write and understand English
•Ability to use general office equipment, such as telephone, computer, printer, copier, and etc.
•Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others.
•Strong organizational and time-management skills.
•Ability to multi-task.
•Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
•Ability to cope with and defuse situations involving angry or difficult people.
•Ability to maintain confidentiality.
•Must maintain professional appearance.
•Must maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current auto insurance is required.
•Must comply with all safety requirements.
•Required to maintain a regular schedule which may require working overtime, weekends and non-traditionalholidays.
•May be required to be on-call and aid during staffing deficiencies on-site.
•Own tools preferred.
