Industry Account Executive - SG, Food Safety and Quality Business

Job Description

  • Support the achievement of annual sales and business objectives for the Food & Pharma business in Singapore.
  • Support the development and execution of account plans and business development activities to drive customer growth and market opportunities.
  • Identify customer needs, market trends, competitive activities, and business opportunities within the Food and Pharmaceutical industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Promote and position the Company’s solutions and value proposition through a customer-centric and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Manage and develop customer accounts, including pipeline management, opportunity identification, quotation follow-up, and coordination of commercial activities.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Application Specialists, and other internal stakeholders to support effective execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the launch of new products, solutions, and commercial initiatives in the Singapore market.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and customer information using CRM and other business tools.
  • Represent the Company at customer meetings, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and other industry-related activities.
  • Ensure all sales and business activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
