Job Description

  • Promote the value of bioMérieux products through customer meetings in line with Sales & Marketing strategy, ensuring all interactions are accurately captured in the CRM
  • Organise, support, and attend marketing events within the cluster
  • Collaborate on projects with Sales, Application Specialists, and Service Engineers to deliver both short-term sales targets and long-term company strategy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key influencers through regular contact (face-to-face and virtual)
  • Proactively gather and share market insights, trends, and changes that may impact the Industry Division
  • Become confident using key business tools including CRM, quotation tools, Excel, and teleconferencing platforms
  • Support the preparation of quotations and tenders in line with company pricing strategy and purchasing agreements
  • Respond to quote and tender requests in accordance with current commercial policy
