Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on machinery, automated lines, industrial installations, and general services, ensuring proper operation through post-intervention checks and testing.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults, including troubleshooting of automated systems via PLCs, HMIs, and control systems (e.g. Siemens TIA Portal / Step7).
Repair, replace, and adjust equipment components such as motors, sensors, actuators, drives, electrical panels, pneumatic elements, and transmission systems.
Provide technical support to Production during format changes, machine adjustments, and operational incidents
Interpret technical documentation including electrical diagrams, mechanical drawings, pneumatic schematics, and field signals.
Collaborate with the Automation team on system improvements, testing, modifications, and commissioning activities.
Propose and implement improvements to enhance equipment availability, reduce recurring failures, and improve line efficiency, ensuring accurate documentation in the CMMS and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
