Job Description

  • Analyses global and local market data to identify growth opportunities, target customers, and priority customer types across countries and channels
  • Provides structured market and customer insights to the Global Head of Sales and relevant stakeholders to support strategic and operational decision-making
  • Supports the Global Head of Sales in coordinating Global Key Account Managers, ensuring that key process steps (account planning, customer mapping, opportunity pipeline, governance routines) are consistently applied
  • Monitors progress and execution of Global Key Account management activities, highlighting gaps, risks, and improvement areas
  • Facilitates collaboration between Global Key Account Managers, countries, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on global customers
  • Prepares presentations, analyses, and materials for Global Sales reviews, leadership meetings, and customer-related discussions
  • Engages proactively with countries and internal functions to gather data, validate assumptions, and support execution where needed
