Proven experience in cross‑functional collaboration within technology, digital, or transformation‑driven organizations
Exposure to shared service models, technology cost structures, or digital transformation initiatives
Experience working with advanced reporting, automation, or AI‑supported finance solutions is advantageous
Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO; SD knowledge advantageous
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel including Power Query
Solid understanding of Business Intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI or Qlik
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with an end‑to‑end process mindset
Ability to understand and apply AI‑enabled analytics and automation concepts within Finance and Controlling
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including facilitation of senior, cross‑functional stakeholder discussions
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence across functions without direct authority
High degree of autonomy, structured working style, and ability to manage complexity
