Receiving purchase orders and placing in system for production and closing work order operations.
Reviews information from order receipt to shipment, adding unplanned operations as needed.
Prepare final certifications for shipments.
Preparing shipping tickets (samples, lot approvals, heat approvals, ect)
Provides support to the Sales Department by answering questions related to production operations, such as lead times or order status.
Establishes and maintains effective communication between all levels of supervision, departments, and management.
Audits actual performance against product structures to ensure accurate standards.
Work with sales department on customer status requests for orders.
Uploading NCP information in Visual for traceability on work orders.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
