Prepare and generate dispatch notes and associated export/customs documentation using company systems.
Own and complete the full shipment documentation pack independently (e.g., dispatch note, customs/export paperwork and any customer/regulatory documents), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Ensure full regulatory compliance for domestic and international dispatch.
Liaise with couriers, carriers and freight forwarders to coordinate collections/shipments and ensure documentation is aligned to shipping requirements.
Pick/kit and stage parts to work orders/dispatch requirements, ensuring correct labels, quantities and traceability.
