Back to jobsServe as the primary interface between assigned customers and internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Materials, Operations, Finance) to support customer needs and business
Purchase order review, order entry and maintenance, customer website maintenance and resolution of customer issues.
Maintain customer files for quotes, orders, contracts, and related documents.
Communicate regularly with Sales and Operations to ensure alignment with company goals and customer
Assist Sales team with lead qualification, quoting, and follow-up activities.
Identify and communicate upsell or cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions.
Prepare sales proposals and presentations as needed.
Provide support for Sales Representatives when needed.
Understand repair operations and associated workflow to facilitate smooth order processing.
Performs other related duties as assigned by responsible lead, manager and/or business unit manager
