Perform receipt inspection to ensure vendor supplied material is in compliance with purchase order requirements.
Perform hydrostatic pressure testing of cable assemblies and connectors.
Measure products with various gauges including calipers, micrometers, tape measures and desktop electrical test equipment.
Perform insulation resistance, dielectric withstanding voltage and continuity check IAW wiring schematics.
Generate and maintain test records.
Accept conforming or reject non-conforming products and generate Nonconformance reports for products that fail to meet specifications.
Report inspection and test data.
