Communicates capital spend results with appropriate members of management.
Coordinates monthly intercompany statements for month-end close.
Analyzes and reviews monthly intercompany division to division matching.
Provides financial and operational analytics to support operations management.
Participates in forecasting and annual budget process.
Participates in property tax review and calculation with outside firm.
Other projects, as assigned.
