3+ years of hands-on experience working with PC Boards, PCB components and cables.
Ability to perform accurate electronic assembly using common hand tools, fixtures, and standard work instructions; comfortably read and interpret electronic drawings documentation, written specifications including Bill of Material (BOM), schematics and build procedures.
Solid mathematical aptitude.

Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, ability to spot irregularities, and commitment to meeting precise quality and performance requirements.

Basic computer skills for data entry, documentation, and communication.
Capable to lift up to 20 lbs. and standing for extended periods of time.
