UI UX Skills Critical

• Hands on experience with tools such as:
• Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Ability to design:
• Complex data grids and planning interfaces
• Dashboard driven applications
• Role based user experiences
• Strong understanding of:
• UX best practices
• Interaction design
• Usability and accessibility

Technical and Domain Understanding Preferred

• Experience with:
• API driven applications
• Microservices based architectures
• Real time systems
• Familiarity with:
• Inventory, reservation, or revenue management systems hospitality is a plus
• Ability to understand and translate:
• Data models
• Integration points ACRS, EDW, etc.

Soft Skills

• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work with both business and technical teams
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving requirements
• Strong communication and storytelling ability
