Job Overview

We are seeking an Agentic AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and scale autonomous AI agents that leverage Generative AI (GenAI) to execute intelligent web automation and testing across Selenium and Playwright platforms. This role goes beyond traditional automation—focusing on reasoning, planning, self-healing, and adaptive execution using LLMs.

You will play a key role in transforming conventional browser automation into agent-driven, AI-first systems capable of understanding intents, planning actions, and dynamically executing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop agentic AI systems that orchestrate browser automation using Selenium and Playwright
• Build GenAI-powered automation agents that can:
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) for reasoning, decision-making, test generation, and execution control
• Enhance and modernize existing Selenium/Playwright frameworks with agent-based and AI-driven capabilities
• Develop Selenium/Playwright-based automation with AI-first, autonomous execution patterns
• Implement self-healing automation through intelligent locators, DOM understanding, and adaptive strategies
• Build reusable components, tools, and libraries for agent-based automation
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams to automate complex workflows
• Integrate AI automation into CI/CD pipelines and cloud execution environments
• Ensure scalability, security, reliability, and observability of AI-driven automation systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium (Java/Python) and Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript or Python)
