Job Description
Process premium refunds and related transactions, ensuring accurate allocation, validation, and timely execution, including urgent cases. Handle customer requests such as refund endorsements, premium queries, and credit card chargebacks. Perform control checks, access reviews, incident handling, and regular/adhoc quality reviews of processes and communications. Support process improvements, system enhancements, and workflow updates by providing inputs and participating in initiatives. Liaise with internal teams on investigations and process reviews, resolve complaints/issues with proposed solutions, and contribute to projects that enhance operational efficiency.
