Job Summary:**
The Procurement & Analytics Manager leads end-to-end procurement for Lilly Korea while driving Finance-wide automation and AI adoption. The role balances commercial rigor — supplier negotiations, cost discipline, and contract governance — with a forward-looking mandate to identify and scale AI-enabled tools that improve Finance efficiency and decision-making.
Job Responsibilities:**
Procurement (70%)
Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with Lilly Korea’s needs and global category frameworks
Identify and onboard qualified suppliers; manage relationships to ensure performance, quality, and compliance
Negotiate vendor terms, pricing, and SLAs; finalize purchase and delivery conditions
Review and manage supplier contracts (excluding HR and sensitive contracts); ensure accuracy and risk mitigation
Track procurement metrics — cost savings, spend analytics, supplier performance — and report to CFO
Monitor market conditions and develop contingency strategies for supply chain risks
Analytics & AI Initiatives (30%)
Identify and drive high-impact automation and AI use cases across Finance workflows
Pilot and scale AI-enabled tools (e.g., spend analysis, contract automation, invoice processing) in partnership with global Finance teams
Establish governance frameworks for AI tool usage, ensuring compliance, auditability, and appropriate human oversight
Track and communicate ROI from automation initiatives; present outcomes to senior leadership
Build internal AI capability and serve as Finance’s subject matter expert on automation trends
Job Qualifications:**
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Supply Chain; Master’s preferred
Proven experience in a procurement management role within a multinational environment
Hands-on experience with AI-enabled procurement tools or Finance automation initiatives
Skills & Competencies
Strong sourcing and procurement expertise; able to read market dynamics and adapt strategy
Skilled negotiator with proven vendor and third-party management capabilities
Analytical mindset; proficient in spend analysis, data-driven decision-making, and ERP/procurement platforms
Practical knowledge of AI/ML applications in Finance; comfortable evaluating and implementing new digital tools
Governance-oriented: able to balance innovation with compliance and sound human judgment
Fluent in English and Korean; effective presenter to senior leadership
