Back to jobsAn Associate’s degree in CNC programming, machine tool technology, or related field preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CNC programming and machining to include 5-axis
Experience in the aerospace, defense, or medical industries is strongly preferred
Familiarity with Siemens, Fanuc, Hurco, and Mazak controls
CMM Experience to include PC-DMIS software a plus
Proficient in Siemens NX software
Familiarity with any other CAD/CAM software is a plus
Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and quality control standards
Experience in creating and optimizing complex CNC programs for precision machining
Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling, and equipment
Familiarity with G-code and M-codes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize machining operations
Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of precision and quality
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including exposure to noise, machinery, and potential hazards, while adhering to all safety protocols
Occasional travel up to 20% may be required to support sister divisions within the U.S and Canada
