Job Description
• Review and prioritize user requests and alerts for digital applications and automated solutions.
• Provide basic first-level support and participate in guided troubleshooting activities.
• Monitor automated processes (BOTs) and report anomalies to the team.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories.
• Execute operational tasks such as process validation, SLA tracking, and basic report generation.
• Learn and apply tools such as Tableau, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SQL.
• Work collaboratively with multicultural and cross-functional regional teams.
• Actively participate in learning sessions and professional development activities.
