Provide recommendations to the global process owner and influence global standards.
Drive cross-functional collaboration between procurement, sourcing, accounts payable and PtP helpdesk teams.
Lead workstreams or smaller projects requiring alignment across multiple stakeholders and functions.
Represent PtP in cross-regional or global initiatives to ensure consistency in ways of working.
Own and lead projects related to process improvements, system enhancements, acquisitions, controls, automation and operational excellence.
Develop action plans, timelines, stakeholder maps and communication strategies.
Track key performance indicators and deliver measurable outcomes in efficiency, compliance and cost savings.
Build strong relationships with internal customers and stakeholders across business units and markets.
Drive improvements in stakeholder satisfaction through high-quality service delivery and timely issue resolution.
Influence decisions using data, insights and structured recommendations.
Mentor and coach team members on complex topics and provide escalation support.
Create documentation, playbooks, standard operating procedure improvements and best practices.
Deliver training to enhance capability across the PtP organization.
