Perform technical troubleshooting across all Boston Scientific Capital Equipment product lines.
Develop and maintain customer relationships.
Share and exchange information with all relevant internal and external stakeholders, particularly sales and technical services.
Maintain accurate service documentation and records to ensure traceability.
Maintain strong product competence (skills & knowledge) and attend all required trainings at our EMEA Training Centers in Kerkrade and Istanbul.
Keep provided service tools and materials in operational condition.
Work in compliance with Boston Scientific corporate guidelines, processes, and procedures.
