The Talent Acquisition Coordinator – APS is a key member of the APS Talent Acquisition team, providing essential administrative and operational support across a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruiting environment. This role partners closely with APS Talent Acquisition Advisors, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to ensure smooth execution of the hiring process across multiple manufacturing and field locations.

You will support the full Talent Acquisition lifecycle by coordinating interviews, managing pre‑employment activities, maintaining accurate data in SuccessFactors, and ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience. If you are proactive, detail‑oriented, and energized by supporting a dynamic operation that keeps APS running, this role is an excellent fit.

A Day in the Life

  • Interview coordination — Schedule and manage logistics for interviews across multiple APS sites, including travel and onsite arrangements.

  • Pre‑employment processing — Initiate and track background checks, drug screens, and other pre‑employment steps to ensure timely onboarding.

  • Candidate communication — Provide clear, timely updates to candidates, recruiters, HRBPs, and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

  • ATS management — Maintain accurate candidate statuses and documentation in SuccessFactors to support compliance and reporting.

  • Candidate experience support — Prepare interview packets including safety information, site details, and travel guidance for APS locations.

  • Issue resolution — Monitor pre‑employment progress, identify delays, and partner with HRBP, Compliance, or candidates to resolve issues quickly.

  • Operational support — Provide administrative support for hiring events, reporting, and other APS recruiting activities.

  • Perform additional duties as needed to ensure efficient, high‑quality recruiting support across APS.

You Bring This Value

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is typically preferred.

  • Typically 3+ years of experience supporting high‑volume recruiting or HR operations, ideally in a manufacturing or multi‑site environment.

  • Strong initiative, high energy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency.

  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to tailor communication appropriately for different audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and accuracy.

  • Strong attention to detail and high‑quality data entry skills.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong working knowledge of SuccessFactors.

  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.

  • Up to 10% Travel may be required in this role to support hiring events.
