Job Description
- Review and validate warranty claims against policy guidelines.
- Coordinate with engineering and quality teams to assess products failures.
- Maintain warranty records and documentation for compliance and reporting.
- Inspect returned products and determine disposition (repair, replace, scrap).
- Responsible for repackaging returned products.
- Communicate with customer service regarding return status and resolution.
- Process electronic warranty claim form utilizing multiple software platforms.
- Work closely with customer service, production, and quality teams.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional handling of issues.
- Cross train in roles/responsibilities to enable the department to provide excellent customer service.
