Manage, organise, and plan daily and weekly tasks for the team in an effective and efficient manner.
Attend kick-off meetings and project progress meetings with clients and other stakeholders.
Request, review, and approve quotations from contractors based on the defined scope of work and in reference to the framework EPC contract. Seek management approval with proper justification if costs exceed the allocated budget.
Review and approve contractors’ invoice claims, control project CAPEX, and take corrective actions to ensure the project remains within budget.
Liaise with contractors to develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
Obtain clearances from relevant authorities, government agencies, and clients, ensuring all documentation complies with ISO SOP requirements.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders on work progress through the company’s project management tools.
Manage contracts with contractors by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage expectations of internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to foster a cohesive working environment.
Maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders (clients, authorities, and third-party inspectors) to ensure smooth project execution.
Identify potential safety risks and implement mitigation strategies. Work closely with the safety team to ensure compliance with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements.
Monitor project performance to identify areas for improvement. Conduct end-of-project evaluations and prepare a final project report.
