Experience in origination, project development or innovation management.
Proven experience with European funding proposals.
Experience with pilot projects in operational assets.
Experience in hydropower and thermal generation technologies and/or robotics technologies will be highly valued.
Strong business development mindset.
Understanding of innovation processes and TRLs.
Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments.
Strong communication skills in English.
Fluency in Portuguese and solid knowledge of English.
