Key Account Manager

Job Description

  • Develop and expand key client relationships, engaging directly with industrial decision-makers, procurement leaders, and energy managers to identify, structure, and deliver distributed generation solutions that support their strategic energy and sustainability objectives.
  • Drive opportunity development for on-site energy projects (e.g., Solar PV, BESS, heat electrification, energy efficiency), ensuring full alignment between client requirements and internal capabilities.
  • Lead commercial structuring and negotiation, coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, finance, legal, operations) to develop competitive, profitable, and compliant offers that balance client value and company returns, while continuously improving internal processes and client engagement practices.
  • Navigate the Italian regulatory environment, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of national and regional energy policies, permitting procedures, and grid connection requirements, and translating these into actionable insights that enhance project feasibility and return on investment.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and professional forums, strengthening brand visibility, market presence, and credibility within the Italian industrial energy ecosystem.
