• Understand the product requirements.
• Must be able to do Unit Tests.
• Must be able to follow AGILE/ CMMi methodologies
• Must work a key team member and interface with stakeholders

Must have Skills:

• Domain: Embedded
• C++

• Modern C++ concepts
• Structure, pointers, callback functions, bitwise manipulation
• OOPS concepts
• STL basics
• Data structure basics (Queue, stack, list...)
• Tool chain, Code compilation, Cross compilation, memory management, static and dynamic library
• Good in coding hands-on
• Serial and Socket Device drivers basics
• Multi threading

• Linux and RTOS basics

• System calls
