Job Description
The Solution Engineer is responsible for supporting technical design activity of commercial opportunities. The role will interface closely with Sales, Engineering and Operations throughout the process to ensure solutions are successfully transitioned to the delivery teams and are expected to support multiple sales efforts at various stages.
You will provide pre-sales technical support to the Sales organization to ensure that solutions align with customer requirements and provides maximum value to the parties. The Solutions Engineer serves as the “technical face” of Digital Realty and must understand the business, operational and technical requirements of customers and present solutions while considering opportunities for up-sell, geographical cross-sell or unlocking strategic value.
